Hi and thanks for the A2A. I had done some research on the cover art of Pink Floyd for a magazine article I wrote, and here are some thing I learnt. Praveen Nair has brought up some interesting points about the prism. My answer though is in 3 par.

The black and white light hits the prism and turns to color. On the original album, the prism on the back side of the album goes from color to black and white, just like the movie. The eye on the cover of "Pulse," which has a performance of all of DSOTM, has the bike, Dorothy, the Tin Man, the Scarecrow, the Lion and the Witch imbedded in it.

White Rainbow Format: Audio CD. out of 5 stars 2 ratings. White Rainbow to be a bit hit-or-miss, and while he showed some real solid forward progress on his Kranky Records debut Prism of Eternal Now, That's pretty much the modus operandi for the rest of the album as well. There isn't any verse-chorus-verse-chorus action here, but /5(2).

Almost an institution in Portland, Oregon (where he is currently Music Curator at the Yale Union contemporary-art center), Adam Forkner has been making meditative, ambi-tasting, improvised master jams (punctuated with dance-floor rhythms) since the mid-’90s—in collaboration with others in Yume Bitsu and World, Dark Yoga, Surface of Eceon, and solo as and White Rainbow.

Not one to do anything in half measures, Adam Forkner's previous release was a four-and-a-half-hour boxset, so the comparative brevity of this seventy minute set comes as something of a surprise, and perhaps even a relief. That's not to say that the bewitching hippie soundscapes Forkner produces aren't worth getting lost in, but there must surely come a point at which less really does become.

When light hits the groves in the CD, they spread the light out into its component colours, which line up into a rainbow. See the second photo. Cut glass or prisms: A piece of cut glass or a prism in a box can be arranged so that a flashlight shining onto a cut edge of the glass separates the colours of the white light into the colours of the.
